Responsiveness
The responsiveness of a Web application denotes how quickly it replies to the requests sent to it by users. Responsiveness requirements set for a Web application often include a minimum response time.
For example, a delay of more than five seconds before a user gets a reply to a request is generally considered unacceptable.
